"Together with IGI, we met all the requirements in 2001 to develop a new business segment within T-Systems - i.e. Hosting Business Solutions. Since then we have become the market leader in Germany and have more than 10,000 satisfied customers, who know and appreciate our hosting services. These satisfied customers provide our basis for growth and success.“

In 2001 T-Systems considered developing the new "Hosting Business Solutions" business segment. IGI came up with a procedure with which a well-founded business concept was developed involving all important players and control levers. IGI also performed the EVA calculation and set up a promising business case.

The start-up was consequently enabled to quickly and resolutely make a decision on setting up the business segment, and sustainably developing it within T-Systems. Between 2002 and 2007, T-Systems rose to become the German market leader in hosting and multiplied its turnover twenty-fold.

"Together with IGI we managed in 2006 to improve our customer orientation in the logistic area by offering new services and to start a paradigm shift with it. In the IGI-Lab® we identified value-added-services and subsequently implemented them successfully as pilots.“

In 2006 BSH started the “sales initiative 2010” to increase turnover. For the logistic area this initiative meant the challenge to improve customer orientation and to initiate a paradigm shift by introducing value-added-services. The target was to realize this without any cost increase. Together with selected employees of BSH, IGI identified new services which contributed significantly to service improvement and to the augmentation of customer loyalty.
